This website is run by Barrie and Jane Pike, we have owned villas at Highlands Reserve golf course since 1999. We have been successfully advertising on the internet since then and we can easily provide references.
Other villas shown here belong to members of the Highlands Reserve owners group and are available to rent along with another 200 villas either through the owners or their management companies.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and any information you provide to us in the process of enquiring for or the booking of a vacation will not passed to any 3rd party without your prior written consent. This information will include, but is not limited to, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, bank a/c details or credit card numbers etc.

Q)Occupancy levels
Maximum occupancy levels in our villas at Highlands Reserve are governed by our rental license issued by Polk County and will be strictly enforced
3 bedroom villa = 8
4 bedroom villa = 10
5 bedroom villa = 12
6 bedroom villa  = 12

Q)Deposit requirements

A 10% or $250 credit card reservation deposit will be required.

Q)Final payment details

The balance is due 30 days prior to the vacation and may be paid by any of the following methods:
1)Bank transfer - wiring instructions will be provided
2)Personal check - details will be provided
3)Paypal eCheck where the funds are drawn from your bank account
4)Paypal Instant Payment where the funds are drawn from your bank account but guaranteed by your credit card
5)Paypal credit card payment
6)We can also take your credit card details and run the payment through our back office system.
Please note that for options 4, 5 or 6 we would need to charge a 3% processing fee.

Q)Cancellation policy
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing or email, in the event of cancellation we will do our best to place another booking in the villa, If we are unable to do so the following charges will apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days before your vacation = Loss of deposit
Cancellation 10 to 30 days before your vacation = 50% of vacation cost
Cancellation less than 10 days before your vacation = 75% of vacation cost

Q)Security deposit
A security credit card $250 deposit will be required and will be refunded when the villa has been inspected.

Q)Check-in procedure
Check-in procedure will be advised as part of the final payment receipt, generally check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am but may vary depending upon which villa you have been allocated.

Q)What's in the villas?
Everything you could need for a great vacation. Air-conditioning in all accommodation areas, heated pools in screened pool deck areas, fully equipped kitchens with microwave and conventional ovens, refrigerators and ice-makers. All bed linen is provided and there are plenty of bathroom and pool towels for the whole party. The villas have their own laundry facilities with washing and drying machines. There are two cable TV's in each villa, all master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there are security safe's and private garages in each villa. We can provide  cribs and highchairs if booked in advance, some homes have complimentary cribs and highchairs as standard.

Q)What should we take?
You will not need to take anything other than your personal belongings and clothes.  If you intend going to any water parks you should take your own towels for this purpose.

Q)Can we make and receive telephone calls?
Yes, all the villas have credit card operated telephones for your convenience though long distance calls can be expensive.

Q)What other local facilities are there?
On site we have a championship-rated golf course, tennis courts, child play area and communal swimming pool.  Within five minutes there are restaurants, banks, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets.

Q)How far is Disney?
Honestly................12 minutes at best and 19 minutes the long way.

35 minutes from Orlando international, 50 minutes from Sanford.
