This beautiful villa is fully
air-conditioned and has over 2800 sq.ft of superior
living accommodation. It is fully furnished to a
high standard. It is very spacious and has two
Master Suites making it ideal for two families. It
sleeps 10 people. The two master bedrooms have
private bathrooms. For your comfort and privacy a
telephone and television are also supplied in the
master bedroom. This bedroom overlooks the swimming
pool and spa at the rear of the property. It is a
beautiful view to wake up to in the morning!

The second master bedroom has a
queen-size bed. There are three other bedrooms -
each have twin beds. There are two living/family
rooms, a dining room and a study with desk,
bookcases and a computer hook-up. In addition to a
large screen TV with VCR in the family room, each
bedroom has a TV.

The luxury fitted kitchen is fully
equipped with everything you need. There is a
breakfast bar with bar stools and the breakfast area
has a table with seating for 6 and looks out onto
the pool deck area.
The villa benefits from an
exceptionally large pool deck area. The pool deck
can accommodate two families with ease. The pool
area faces south west and benefits from the sun from
morning until sunset. The pool area also has a
covered lanai with a ceiling fan providing a
pleasant area to eat meals "al-fresco" as well as
providing some shade if required. We have also
provided sufficient loungers and patio furniture.
