The
accommodation, which sleeps 10, comprises on the ground
floor, two sitting rooms, one with dining area, fully
equipped kitchen, utility room, a master bedroom with an
adjoining bathroom On the first floor, we have the superior
master bedroom with en-suite facilities which includes twin
marble basins and a marble roman bath, three twin-bedded
rooms and a further bathroom. The luxury kitchen has ample
work surfaces and is fitted with full size oven, hob, fridge
freezer with ice maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher
and waste disposal unit. Adjoining the kitchen, is the
breakfast nook with further table and chairs. There is a
separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer,
iron and ironing board.

Located at Highlands Reserve, our villa is located on the
US27, just two miles from Hwy 192 and only 15 minutes from
Walt Disney World. What better than after a long day at one
of the parks to come back to a beautiful home where you can
relax in one of the two sitting rooms listening to the
stereo or watching TV. Maybe a refreshing swim in the
private pool, which overlooks pine trees, followed by a
glass of sparkling wine as the evening sun goes down is more
to your taste. At our villa, the choice is yours. Many
guests choose to dine at one of the many restaurants, all
located within a very short distance, but if you prefer to
dine quietly at home, our kitchen will cover all your
culinary needs.
