Our
beautiful Birchwood villa is fully air conditioned and
overlooks the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. It is ideal for
two families and will sleep 10 people in its five bedrooms,
and will accommodate a further 2 people on a comfortable
sofa bed.

Our Villa
is Fully Furnished to a very high standard and air
conditioned throughout. The main lounge on the ground floor
comprises a spacious, carpeted family room with cable TV
with comfortable sofas and coffee table. A further living
room with comfortable sofas and coffee table provides a
'quiet' space away from the T.V. area to read a book or
maybe plan you next visit to the local attractions. The
adjoining dining area is furnished with a dinning table and
6 chairs. The luxury
kitchen has ample work surfaces and a breakfast
bar.

The kitchen comes complete with all
modern conveniences
including: full size oven, hob, fridge freezer with ice
maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste
disposal unit. There is a further
breakfast area
with table and chairs adjoining the kitchen all within a
tiled floor area. The spacious master bedroom overlooking
the golf course is located on the first floor with a double
door entrance, walk in wardrobe with free use of the
lockable safe inside.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a remote controlled
cable TV. The large en-suite bathroom comprising of 'his &
hers' vanity units, large corner bath, separate W.C. and a
large separate walk-in shower.

Access to
the fully screened pool
and luxury spa is
reached from the family room and from the utility lobby
area.
The pool area is furnished with table, chairs, and sun beds.
The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and if staying in
the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the
pool heated. The patio door leading to the pool is
alarmed for child safety
purposes to comply with Florida law. |
